Performed Diagnostic and found system frozen, due to evaporator coil dirty and low on refrigerant, upon authorization performed evaporator coil clean in place and deep maintenance, flush out drain,check system performance after work motors, capacitors ,etc. Add 2 pounds of refrigerant R22 and system working fine at the moment.
Equipment over 13 years old recommended for replacement.
