Diagnostic:
Check system performance: Motors,capacitors, amps, volts,drains,coils,compressor,refrigerant pressure,and other components,and found system low on refrigerant and evaporator coil rust and dirty, found mildew particles in return chamber and supply plenum above air handler.

Notes: System over 13 years of use and evaporator coil dirty and rust is not recommended for evapcoil coil cleaning with chemicals, this chemicals could compromise the evaporator coil and create refrigerant leak.

Recommendations: System replacement and duct cleaning.
